To take the exam you will need a computer with internet explorer or google chrome to share your screen as these are compatible with a laptop or desktop.
Webcam, Mic, & Speakers
You need a webcam installed on your laptop/desktop and the internal mic and speakers must be on. You are not allowed headphones.
Internet
You require a steady internet connection with a minimum upload speed of 1MB/sec.
Secure Exam Browser
A secure browser needs to be downloaded (link will be provided by LRN) as it regulates access to any utilities and prevents you from using unauthorized resources.
Photo ID
We need to identify you with your passport or ID card (non-expired) that has your name, date of birth, ID number, and photo on it

Proper positioning of your webcam:
It’s important that your webcam is properly positioned so that we can see you and your surroundings clearly. Check the video feeds displayed on your screen at the beginning of the exam to ensure that everything is recorded correctly.
Be alone:
To comply with exam regulations, you must take the exam alone. Having someone else in the room is strictly prohibited. Be sure to cover any personal information you don’t want to be shown on camera, such as photos or private objects.
Well-lit room:
Your surroundings should be well-lit to ensure that you’re visible at all times. During the setup process, you’ll be able to see what your webcam is sharing. Make sure there’s sufficient lighting without any backlighting interfering
No Extra Devices

By default, you're are not allowed to use
additional devices such as second screens or
phones/tablets.
We need to be able to hear what you are hearing
in order for the exam to be valid.
Any noise and talking will be analysed for
suspicious behaviour, so make sure you are in a
quiet environment and that you refrain from
talking out loud.
No toilet Breaks
You will need to remain within the
camera frame during the exam, so toilet
breaks are not allowed. Make sure you go
before starting the exam.
